Inclusion Criteria
- •age over 18
- •stable vital sign and finished acute stage of respiratory failure
- •patients who mechanical ventilatory support over 48 hours
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) Denial for informed concept
- •2\) hypersensitivity for opioid and benzodiazepine
- •3\) patients who need permanent mechanical ventilatory support
