To study effect of tele physiotherapy versus in person physiotherapy on hemiplegic patient strength and daily functions skills and their caregivers quality of life.

1. Patients less than 1-year history of stroke.
2. Patient with mini mental score of 24 or higher
3. Participants having spasticity on modified Ashworth scale less than grade 2 for upper extremity and lower extremity.
4. Participants having Brannstrom stages 3, 4 and 5.
5. Only ischemic and TIA patients will be included.
6. Had lived independently before the stroke.
7. Willing and able to appoint a caregiver who wanted to participate in the program.
8. Can provide informed consent. (The patient who had hand impairment the consent form was taken from legally accepted representatives.)
Inclusion criteria for caregivers
1. Aged 18-60 years.
2. Ability to understand Marathi,Hindi,English (at a sufficient level to understand instructions).
3. Sufficiently motivated to participate in the caregiver-mediated exercise program.
4. Should have smartphone or computer at home.
1. Have serious comorbidities like cardiovascular, respiratory, endocrine, orthopedic or neurological condition
2. have vestibular deficits or vertigo,
3. have had seizure activity in the previous 6 months.
4. Patients having perception and cognition problems.
Exclusion criteria for caregivers
1. Having comorbidities.
2. Having mental depression.
