- •American Society of Anaesthesiology physical status 2, obese patients ( BMI >=30kg/m2) undergoing elective surgery under general anaesthesia with endotracheal intubation.
排除标准
- •1. Upper airway pathology
- •2. Cervical spine fracture
- •3. Facial fracture and maxillofacial abnormality
- •4. Interincisor distance <3 cm
- •5. Loose or prominent upper incisors
- •6. Patients with past history of difficult intubation
- •7. Pregnant patients
