Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Adult patients of either gender.
- •2\.ASA I, II and III.
- •3\.Posted for elective surgery under general anaesthesia requiring endotracheal intubation.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Trauma,tumour or deformity of upper airway.
- •2\. Difficult mouth opening with inter imcisor gap \< 3 cm.
- •3\. Cervical spine fracture.
- •4\. Past history ofdifficult intubation.
- •5\. Pregnant patients.
- •6\. Patients with thyroid or neck swelling.
