1) Patients with endoscopic or robotic thyroidectomy
2) American Society of Anesthesiologist Physical Class I-II
3) Aged 19-69
4) Patients with informed consent
1) Nefopam allergy or hypersensitivity
2) History of chronic use of opioid or other pain killer
3) Risk of increased intraocular pressure (glaucoma)
4) History of thyroid or thoracic surgery
5) BMI over 40 kg/m2
6) Inability of understand of expression of the Verbal Numeric Rating Scale.
7) Medical history of seizure or myocardial infarction
8) Urinary tract disease causing urinary retention
9) Current medication with monoamine oxidase inhibitors
10) Pregnancy or lactation
