1. Hospital based cohort: Children 6-15 years of age, with history of physician-diagnosed chronic (past 6 months) respiratory diseases (asthma, cystic fibrosis, bronchiectasis and interstitial lung diseases).
2. School based cohort (control group): age 6-15 years, no known history of chronic respiratory diseases.
3. Resident of Delhi and likely to stay in Delhi or willing to come for follow up for next 2 years
1. Advance disease (patient on life support, on home oxygen or ventilation (invasive or non- invasive)
