Inclusion Criteria
1. COPD subjects with stable disease, age more than 40 years old
2. Asthma subjects with stable disease, age more than 20 years old
3. Healthy subjects with age more than 20 years old
Exclusion Criteria
1. Subjects with uncontrolled underlying diseases.
2. Current smokers
3. Body mass index more than 30 kg/m2
