- •ASA Physical status 1and 2
- •fullterm parturients
- •scheduled for elective lower segment caesarean section surgery under spinal anaesthesia
排除标准
- •Gestational age less than 36weeks
- •patients body mass index >35kg/m2
- •active or earlylabour
- •history of more than one previous caesarean delivery
- •placenta previa
- •ruptured membranes
- •intrauterine growth restriction
- •hypertension or preeclampsia
- •diabetes or gestationaldiabetes
- •any contraindications to regionalanaesthesia
