Inclusion Criteria
- •Inclusion: male and female with 18\-65 years old, open reduction and internal fixation of femur fractures(neck, subtrochanteric and intertrochanteric)
- •Exclusion: Patient's refusal, drug abuse, history of anticonvulsive or antidepresive medication, surgery or anesthesia complications
