入选标准
- •elderly patient, more than 65 years, undergoing total knee arthroplasty
排除标准
- •1) psychotic disorder (schizophrenia, seizure, Parkinson's disease, dementia)
- •2) severe bradycardia (<45 bpm), sick sinus syndrome, 2nd or 3rd degree AV block)
- •3) severe hepatic dysfunction 4) severe renal dysfunction
- •5) recent history of stroke within 6 months 6) alcohol or other drug abuse
- •7) difficulty of communication 8) ASA PS 4 or more
- •9) preoperative K-MMSE score less than 20
