Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •elderly patient, more than 65 years, undergoing total knee arthroplasty
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) psychotic disorder (schizophrenia, seizure, Parkinson's disease, dementia)
- •2\) severe bradycardia (\<45 bpm), sick sinus syndrome, 2nd or 3rd degree AV block)
- •3\) severe hepatic dysfunction 4\) severe renal dysfunction
- •5\) recent history of stroke within 6 months 6\) alcohol or other drug abuse
- •7\) difficulty of communication 8\) ASA PS 4 or more
- •9\) preoperative K\-MMSE score less than 20
