Dentition with minimum 20 natural teeth with chronic periodontitis with grade II furcation involvement in mandibular molars.
Patients with a radiolucency in the furcation area on IOPA with probing depth (PD) � 5mm and horizontal PD � 3mm.
Non-mobile tooth.
If any RC treated tooth is present, treatment must have completed before 3 months of the commencement of the study.
Patients maintaining good oral hygiene after completion of 1 month of scaling and root planing.
Patients having any systemic disease (diabetes mellitus, hypertension, rheumatic arthritis etc).
Pregnant and lactating women.
Patients with the habit of smoking and alcoholism.
Allergy to LA & chlorhexidine, antibiotic and analgesic, which was going to be prescribed.
Patient not giving consent.
