Inclusion Criteria
Systemically healthy patients within the age group 30 to 50 years
Patient having at least one Glickman Grade II furcation defects in the mandibular first and second molars with >=3 mm horizontal probing depth
Patients who had not taken antibiotics and chemotherapeutic drugs an within 6 months that may modify the result of periodontal therapy
Exclusion Criteria
oPatients having habits such as smoking and chewing tobacco
oWomen who are pregnant or lactating
oMobile tooth
oEndo-perio lesions
oPatients with bruxism
