入选标准
- •Subject willing to participate in the study.
- •Diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus with HbA1c levels ranging between 6.5% or more and duration of 6 years.
- •Perceived stress scale score ranging from 13 and above.
- •Age between 20-40 years.
- •Subjects on medication for type 2 diabetes mellitus.
- •Subjects who are able to follow commands.
排除标准
- •Subject with type 1 diabetes mellitus.
- •Uncontrolled type 2 diabetes mellitus.(sugar levels 100mg/dl or more)
- •Any neurological conditions like multiple sclerosis, stroke etc.
