Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Young adults working as a desk job professional with no. of sitting hours more than 7 hours a day
Exclusion Criteria
- •Any acute disease during the 6 weeks preceding the study
- •An individual involved in any professional sport activity
- •Individuals diagnosed with any Musculoskeletal Cardiovascular Respiratory or Neurological condition
- •Individuals with use of any medications
