入选标准
- •Age â?? 18-30 year
- •Gender- male and female
- •long jumpers
- •Physically active(30 minutes of moderate intensity structured activity ,3 days per week for atleast 6 month).
- •According to ACSM prepatricipation health screening particiapant should perform moderate intensity exercise without any complication.
- •Patient thoes who are give consent.
排除标准
- •Any recent fractures in upper and lower limb in the past 6 months ,knee and ankle ligament injury since 1 month.
- •Subjects having vestibular disorder .
- •Subjects having asthma .
- •Subjects having sever depression in beck depression inventry
- •Involved in any kind of balance, agility or jump training programs.
- •Subjects thoes who are not willing to participate in study.
