Development of a complex intervention: including the following <br/ ><br>1.1Clinical decision support systems using available national guidelines for the co-management of TB, diabetes and CVD <br/ ><br>1.2Electronic patient records in order to follow up patients in the community <br/ ><br>2.Defining the prevalence of DM and CVD risk in patients with TB. <br/ ><br>3.Demonstrating feasibility, acceptability and effectiveness <br/ ><br>Timepoint: Phase 1 (0-2 months) <br/ ><br>Development of clinical tools and randomisation. <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>Phase 2 (3-4 months) <br/ ><br>Recruitment of participants and baseline data collection. <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>Phase 3 (5-16 months) <br/ ><br>Implementation of the pilot intervention. <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>Phase 4 (17-18 months) <br/ ><br>End of study data collection. <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>
