1. Male - Female, age 18-35 years old
2. Have a history of using smartphones more than 2 hours/day
3. Having neck pain with neck stiffness or headaches and neck pain after using a smartphone for a long time
4. Those who were not pregnant or breastfeeding.
5. Those who were not taking painkillers. or received physical therapy, injections, acupuncture, and Thai massage
6. Giving consent to follow the research protocol.
Neck angle greater than 50 degrees shoulder angle less than 52 degrees
Neck pain score less than 5 and impaired neck measure less than 10
Those who refused to follow the research protocol
