1.Patients willing to participate in the study
2.Age group between 50-65 years
3.Well-formed residual alveolar ridges
4.No severe undercuts or bony exostosis
5.Firm mucosa all over the denture bearing area with no signs of inflammation, ulceration or hyperplasia
6.Absence of systemic disease
7.Average quantity and consistency of saliva
8.Normal TMJ function.
1.Extremely resorbed alveolar ridges (order V, VI)
2.High palatal vault
3.Flabby anterior ridge
4.Poor neuromuscular control
5.Oral submucous fibrosis
6.Neuromuscular disorders (myositis, muscular dystrophy)
