Inclusion Criteria

1. Thai Pregnant woman
2. This pregnancy is the participant's First delivery by cesarean section
3. Gestational age between 37 and 42 weeks
4. The participant's cesarean section is performed due to elective cesarean section with a specified date.

Exclusion Criteria

1. Participants with Underlying disease before pregnancy such as Chronic Hypertension, Overt DM, Autoimmune disease etc.
2. Participants with psychiatric disorders
3. Participants where the fetus have complications during pregnancy such as anomalies or postpartum complications.
4. Participants with multifetal gestation
5. Participants with complications during pregnanc which requires medications.
6. Participants where emergency cesarean section is required.
7. Participants who denied to participate.
