Inclusion Criteria

Planned caesarean section in single or multiple pregnancies
- Patients who receive their first C-section
- Sufficient German language skills to participate in the questionnaire survey
- Written consent
- Minimum age >= 18 years

Exclusion Criteria

- previous C-section
- Indication for secondary, urgent or emergency section ceasarea
- serious diseases or an increased risk of complications during surgery (e.g. placenta accreta, increta or percreta)
- known serious diseases of the foetus
- diagnosed generalised anxiety disorder or other serious mental alteration
- lack of mental, physical or linguistic ability to participate in the questionnaire survey
- anaesthesiological contraindication against spinal and epidural anaesthesia

Evaluation of the anxiety reducing effect of a C-section-information-video on maternal anxiety- and stresslevels (measured with STAI and APAIS) and in the salivary cortisol

- Comparison of the post-operative mobilisation-time and the duration of the patient's stay in hospital between groups. <br>- Comparison of the quantity and severity of intra- and postoperative complications between the study arms. <br>- Evaluation of the patient's subjective stresslevel based on clinical and biological parameters (vital parameter, steroid hormone production)<br>- Comparison of infantile postnatal parameters (APGAR, pH) between the therapy arms. <br>- Consumption of analgesic and concomitant medication peri- and postoperatively.<br>- Patient satisfaction
