Inclusion Criteria
1)Patients diagnosed as having Fissure-in-Ano
2)Patients of both sexes in between the age group of 12 and 60 years
3)Patients of fissure in ano with systemic diseases like Diabetes and Hypertension which are well under control were also included in the study
Exclusion Criteria
1)Patients having Parikartika (Fissure-in-Ano) secondary to Ulcerative colitis, Chron’s disease, Syphilis, Tuberculosis and Ca. of rectum of anal canal.
2)Patients with infectious diseases like HIV and HBsAg.
3)Uncontrolled Diabetes mellitus and Hypertension
