To assess the effect of oral administration of Putranjeevaka ghrita with and without Virechana(Medicated Purgation) in pateints of Oligospermia(having total sperm count less than 15 millions/ml).

Inclusion Criteria

1. Patients with pratyatma lakshanas of Ksheena shukra mentioned in classics i.e

Daurbalya, Mukhashosha, Panduta, Sadana, Shrama, klaibya, Maithuna ashakti,

Chiraat praseka, Shukra avisarga, Medhra-vrishana vedanaa.

2. Patients diagnosed with Oligospermia.

3. Male subjects age ranging from 21 years to 45 years.

4. Patients fit for Virechana karma.

5. Patients who want to give informed consent will be include in study.

Exclusion Criteria

1. Known cases of genetic abnormalities and congenital Oligospermia,

2. Patients with systemic disorders like Diabetes, Hypertension, TB and HIV,

3. Patients of Sexually transmitted diseases,

4. Patients diagnosed as Azoospermia

5. Patients with the conditions of surgical interventions.

6. Patients unfit for Virechana karma.
