1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for thoracic facet joint disorders;
2. Aged 18 to 50 years, male or female;
3. Patients with lesions between T3-T4;
4. Course of disease: at least 3 months;
5. VAS score 5-7 points;
6. No organic disease, history of mental illness, family history of genetic disease, traumatic disease;
7. High patient compliance;
8. Those who voluntarily participated in this experiment and signed the informed consent.
1. Those who cannot tolerate manual therapy;
2. Patients with thoracic scoliosis (Cobb angle > 20°), osteoporosis, vertebral fractures and other diseases or patients with a history of spinal surgery;
