Inclusion Criteria
- •with STEMI undergoing primary angioplasty regardless of baseline TIMI flow.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Post\- CABG patients
- •2\.Those who received thrombolytic therapy or
- •platelet glycoprotein IIb/IIIa receptor
- •inhibitors prior to angiography.
- •3\.Inability to cross lesion with IVUS catheter.
- •4\.Pregnant
