Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patient of ASA grade I and II.
- •2\. Patient undergoing elective surgery (Duration 60\-70 minutes)
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.History of allergy to dexmedetomidine
- •2\.History of hypertension ,CAD,renal and hepatic dysfunctional
- •3\. Patient with intranasal pathology like nasal polyp,ulcers and deviated septum.
- •4\.Patient not willing to participate in the study.
- •5\.Patient with cardiac and respiratory illness
