Predicted difficult intubation
MPG 3 4
Elective surgery under general anesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
Nasal deformity polyp or trauma
On anticoagulants
Liver Kidney psychiatric diseases
Refuse to give written informed consent
on Beta blockers or on digoxin
Pregnant or lactating women
