- •Elective surgery under general anesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
- •Nasal deformity polyp or trauma
- •On anticoagulants
- •Liver Kidney psychiatric diseases
- •Refuse to give written informed consent
- •on Beta blockers or on digoxin
- •Pregnant or lactating women
