1.Irreversible pulpits of mandibular first molar teeth
2.Vital teeth with no previous history of root canal treatment
3.Teeth with no periapical pathology.
1.Known hypersensitivity to piroxicam and local anesthesia
2.Pregnancy or lactation
3.patients allergetic to other NSAIDs and asthmatic
4.History of peptic ulcer
5.Patients less than 14 years
6.Patients with renal and hepatic disorders
7.Patients with bleeding disorder and under anticoagulant therapy
8.patients who take NSAIDS, antidepressants, sedatives 24 hours before root canal Treatment
