- •all patients with confirmed diagnosis of metabolic syndrome, age = 18 years, which undergo a bariatric-surgical operation for a clinical indication
排除标准
- •all patients with a relevant liver disease except NADLD or NASH, other life-threatening conditions, pregnant women, alcohol abuse (>30g for men, >20g for women), known drug abuse or participation in drug substitution program, weight loss > 5% 6 months prior to study inclusion, inability to consent
