- •3. Elective first time supratentorial craniotomy
- •4. Informed consent before surgery
排除标准
- •1. Patient refuse to participate
- •2. Chronic pain
- •3. Allergy to local anesthetic drug and Dexmedetomidine
- •4. Allergy to tramadol
- •5. Patient taking B-blocker
- •6. SBP<90 mmHg and HR <50 bpm before surgery
- •7. Coagulopathy
- •8. Scalp infection
