(1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for opioid use disorder in the American Psychiatric Association's Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition (DSM-V). Diagnostic criteria;
(2) 18 to 60 years old;
(3) Currently receiving methadone maintenance therapy for at least 6 weeks;
(4) A need for methadone reduction;
(5) No acupuncture treatment in the past 3 months;
(6) Sign the informed consent.
Any of the following is excluded:
(1) Patients with severe heart, liver, spleen, lung, and kidney diseases;
(2) Combined with severe digestive system diseases and severe malnutrition;
(3) People with AIDS or syphilis;
(4) Patients with severe primary diseases of the hematopoietic system;
(5) Those who have inflammation, scars, or trauma at the operation site, or those who have other serious systemic infections;
(6) Those with a history of mental illness and language and communication disorders;
(7) Pregnant women or those planning to become pregnant;
(8) Those who cannot cooperate or are participating in drug trials.
