Inclusion Criteria
Patients who qualify the criteria for Bipolar disorder according to ICD 10 Diagnostic Criteria for Research (ICD 10 DCR) (F 31)
Patients admitted in ward
patients who are aged between >18 years and 65 years
Literate in either English or Tamil
Patients or their care givers should be using a smart phone which can support our Bipolar disorder App
Patients and care givers who give consent to participate in the study
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with co-morbid intellectual disability
Patients who wonâ??t be following up in PSG IMS&R
Patients and their care givers who donâ??t use a smart phone that can support our Bipolar disorder App
Unwillingness to participate in the study
