Inclusion Criteria

to be a patient at the AHC-UEL psychiatry clinic; be between 18 and 65 years old; have a telephone with internet connection available; being diagnosed with BD; understand instructions on using the app.

Exclusion Criteria

a) cognitive deficit that does not allow the understanding of the free and informed consent term and the understanding of instructions for use of the app; b) unstable or hospitalized patients; c) problems or inability to operate a smartphone touch screen.
