Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients diagnosed with severe fungal corneal ulcer who underwent therapeutic penetrating keratoplasty in Siriraj hospital with definite identified fungal pathogens (smear, culture, patho, PCR, biopsy or confo scan)
Exclusion Criteria
- •Cases diagnosed with fungal corneal ulcer but no definite fungal pathogen identified.
