Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •a) Microbiologically proven fungal keratitis with confirmed and significant growth of fungus as per the criteria of significant growth.
- •b) Size of ulcer ranging between 8mm without corneal perforation
- •c) Patients willing to participate and follow up
Exclusion Criteria
- •a) Mixed infections; concomitant fungal, viral or Acanthamoeba infections
- •b) Size of ulcer more than 8 mm
- •c) Impending perforation or presence of corneal perforation at the time of presentation or limbal involvement
- •d) Associated posterior segment involvement or endophthalmitis
