Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •a) Microbiologically proven fungal keratitis with confirmed and significant growth of fungus as per the criteria of significant growth.
  • •b) Size of ulcer ranging between 8mm without corneal perforation
  • •c) Patients willing to participate and follow up

Exclusion Criteria

  • •a) Mixed infections; concomitant fungal, viral or Acanthamoeba infections
  • •b) Size of ulcer more than 8 mm
  • •c) Impending perforation or presence of corneal perforation at the time of presentation or limbal involvement
  • •d) Associated posterior segment involvement or endophthalmitis
