The patient has obvious psychotic symptoms,
The disease stage was in acute stage (Less than 5 years of onset),
Patient's age between 18-65,
The minimum level of caregiver's education was high school,
patient's care giver should be resident of the capital city of Tehran,
patient's care giver has Iranian nationality.
The patient is a drug abuser,
Participate participate in the same educational program during the research,
Have an experience of a major stress such as divorce or death of loved ones during the intervention period.
