Inclusion Criteria
The patient has obvious psychotic symptoms,
The disease stage was in acute stage (Less than 5 years of onset),
Patient's age between 18-65,
The minimum level of caregiver's education was high school,
patient's care giver should be resident of the capital city of Tehran,
patient's care giver has Iranian nationality.
Exclusion Criteria
The patient is a drug abuser,
Participate participate in the same educational program during the research,
Have an experience of a major stress such as divorce or death of loved ones during the intervention period.

Name Time Method Check the perceived stigma of the psychotic patient families have. Timepoint: Before training and one month after training. Method of measurement: The perceived stigma of questionnaire.
