Inclusion Criteria

Having a family caregiver who accompanies the patient to the Imam Hossein Hospital and the specialized clinic of the Imam Hossein Hospital for the continuation of treatment, periodical follow-ups and the initiation of treatment.
Definitive diagnosis of acute coronary syndrome by a cardiologist for the patient
6 months have passed since the diagnosis of acute coronary syndrome by a cardiologist
Literacy for reading and writing
Access to communication tools and the ability to install social networks
has been actively caring for the patient for 6 months

Exclusion Criteria

Nervous and mental disorders during self-expression
Death of close relatives in the last 6 months
Member of the treatment staff

Primary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
Examining the burden of care with the Zarit questionnaire. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the intervention) and 4 weeks after the intervention. Method of measurement: Zarit care burden questionnaire. The range of scores is from 0 to 88. A score below 30 is mild mental illness, 31 to 60 is moderate and 61 to 88 is severe care.
