Menopause ( Last menstrual period more than 12 months)
Have had GSM symptom in the past 30 days
Understand Thai language
Vaginal infection
Have been using vaginal hormone or moisturizer in the past 30 days
Estrogen sensitive cancer
Undiagnosed vaginal bleeding
Allergic to intervention drug/moisturizer
Refuse to undergo vaginal exam or virginity
