Inclusion Criteria
  • > 18 years
  • clinical signs of ODS with prior not effective conservative treatment
  • anterior rectoceles and/or intussusceptions in MR-defecography
Exclusion Criteria
  • < 18 years
  • fixed enteroceles
  • severe fecal incontinence
  • external rectal prolapse
  • anismus
