- > 18 years
- clinical signs of ODS with prior not effective conservative treatment
- anterior rectoceles and/or intussusceptions in MR-defecography
Exclusion Criteria
- < 18 years
- fixed enteroceles
- severe fecal incontinence
- external rectal prolapse
- anismus
