Inclusion Criteria
(1) Age 20-80 years
(2) Patients with intermediate or low cardiovascular risks needing the statin treatment
(3) Patients with intermediate or low cardiovascular risks treating the statin treatment
Exclusion Criteria
1) Patients without signed informed consent.
2) Patients with myopathy
3) Pregnant women or women with potential childbearing
4) Patients with diabetes
5) Patients with estabilised coronary artery disease
6) Patients with heart failure
7) Life expectancy less than 1 year
