Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • (1\) conform to the diagnostic criteria of western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine in ICU delirium;
  • (2\) Aged 18\-90 years old;
  • (3\) staying in ICU for more than 24 hours;
  • (4\) Glasgowcomascale(GCS) score\>8;
  • (5\) sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion Criteria

  • (1\) those who do not meet the inclusion criteria;
  • (2\) patients with a history of mental illness or previous use of antipsychotic drugs and alcohol dependence;
  • (3\) patients with a history of craniocerebral trauma or with craniocerebral infectious diseases;
  • (4\) patients with severe allergic constitution, low immune system or deficiency, or allergic to the drugs used in the program;
  • (5\) currently participating in other drug researchers;
  • (6\) patients with massive gastrointestinal bleeding and fasting after digestive tract operation;
  • (7\) patients with severe limb dysfunction, visual impairment, hearing loss, etc., who were unable to express their subjective intention;
  • (8\) pregnant or lactating women;
  • (9\) those who were expected to be unable to survive more than 24 hours;
  • (10\) Those who do not agree to participate in this experiment.
