Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •(1\) conform to the diagnostic criteria of western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine in ICU delirium;
- •(2\) Aged 18\-90 years old;
- •(3\) staying in ICU for more than 24 hours;
- •(4\) Glasgowcomascale(GCS) score\>8;
- •(5\) sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion Criteria
- •(1\) those who do not meet the inclusion criteria;
- •(2\) patients with a history of mental illness or previous use of antipsychotic drugs and alcohol dependence;
- •(3\) patients with a history of craniocerebral trauma or with craniocerebral infectious diseases;
- •(4\) patients with severe allergic constitution, low immune system or deficiency, or allergic to the drugs used in the program;
- •(5\) currently participating in other drug researchers;
- •(6\) patients with massive gastrointestinal bleeding and fasting after digestive tract operation;
- •(7\) patients with severe limb dysfunction, visual impairment, hearing loss, etc., who were unable to express their subjective intention;
- •(8\) pregnant or lactating women;
- •(9\) those who were expected to be unable to survive more than 24 hours;
- •(10\) Those who do not agree to participate in this experiment.
