- •Patients in the age group 18 to 50 years presenting to JIPMER with first episode of psychosis and has not sought treatment for mental illness for more than 3 months
排除标准
- •1.Caregivers without access to mobile phones
- •2.Caregivers who cannot read Tamil/English
- •3.Patients with organic psychosis
- •4.Psychosis due to substance use
- •5.Refusal to give informed consent
