Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Patients in the age group 18 to 50 years presenting to JIPMER with first episode of psychosis and has not sought treatment for mental illness for more than 3 months

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Caregivers without access to mobile phones
  • •2\.Caregivers who cannot read Tamil/English
  • •3\.Patients with organic psychosis
  • •4\.Psychosis due to substance use
  • •5\.Refusal to give informed consent
