Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Diagnosis of Schizophrenia, Bipolar disorder,
- •Severe depression with psychotic symptoms
- •admitted to inpatient department of Psychiatry,
- •JIPMER,Puducherry
- •2\. At least six months of duration of illness
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients/Caregivers without access to mobile
- •2\. Patients/Caregivers who cannot read
- •Tamil/English
- •3\. Patients with organic psychosis
- •4\. Psychosis due to substance use
- •5\. Refusal to give informed consent
