Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Age \> 18 years
- •Patients diagnosed as Acute\-on\-chronic liver failure as per APASL definition
Exclusion Criteria
- •ACLF patients who survived less than 24 hours
- •Patients with acute decompensation of cirrhosis with prior history decompensation.
- •Patients who are diagnosed with HCC
