1. Patients with a diagnosis of Schizophrenia based on diagnostic criteria of Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorder, 5th edition
2. Patients aged 18-59 years
3. Patients giving written consent to participate in protocol
4. Patients fulfilling criteria of Treatment resistant schizophrenia according to Modified Kane’s criteria
1. Patient is uncooperative for procedure
2. Active substance use disorder(except caffeine and tobacco) or any other current psychiatric comorbidity
3. Implanted metal or cerebral devices in head and neck
4. History of unprovoked seizures, intracranial neoplasms or intracranial surgery, or history of severe head injury or cerebrovascular disease
5. Patients having significant unstable medical condition like uncontrolled hypertension, complicated diabetes mellitus, etc
6. Patients receiving ECT in last 6 months
