- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Subject of this study is the survey of treatment processes and practice for epileptic seizures in inpatient and outpatient palliative care.<br>The primary aim of the study is to evaluate the proportion of palliative patients with epileptic seizures in inpatient and outpatient palliative care (palliative care ward, palliative care consultation service, hospice, SOPV), detect challenges for palliative care professionals in the treatment of epileptic seizures, determination of the drug treatment practice, frequency of changing antiseizure medication at the end of life, frequency of the indication of palliative sedation due to series of seizures that are difficult to control or pharmacoresistant status epilepticus.
