- •Rome-III diagnostic criteria prescribed for IBS
- •Recurrent abdominal pain or discomfort at least 3 days per month in the last 3 months associated with changes in frequency of stool.
- •Onset associated with changes in appearance (form) of stool.
- •Improvement with defecation.
排除标准
- •Any gross Gastointestinal pathology
- •Suffering from any chronic neuroendocrine or metabolic disorders.
