1.Age more than 18 years
2.ASA 1 to 3
3.Hip surgeries under spinal anesthesia
4.Elective or emergency procedure
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patient refusal
2.Head injury
3.Allergy to the local anesthetic agents
4.Coagulation abnormalities
5.Local site infection
6.Alcohol abuse
7.Neurological disorders
9.Uncooperative patients due to psychiatric/cognitive disorders
10.Multiple fractures
