Age: 18-60years
-Patients undergoing elective orthopaedic lower limb surgeries
-Both sexes
-ASA(American Society of Anaesthesiologists) I-III
Exclusion Criteria
-Patient not willing for procedures
-Site of injection being infected
-Multiple trauma
-Allergy to local anesthetics
