ASA Class I or II
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients with
allergy to local
anaesthetics.
2.Morbid obesity.
3.Patients with
polytrauma,
infection over the
injection site.
4.Patients with spinal
deformities.
5.Previous femoral
bypass surgery
