Inclusion Criteria
- •More than 18 years and less than 65 years
- •All patients with primary achalasia cardia
Exclusion Criteria
- •i) Secondary achalasia cardia
- •ii) Redo surgery for achalasia
- •iii)Any other or mixed motor disorder of the esophagus
- •iv)Patient not consenting for surgery
